“Stunning Location in the Heart of Cuenca”

Superb location. Just a few steps away from the Cathedral in the heart of the historic centre, but in a quiet corner so that we had a peaceful night's sleep. Plus we could bring our dog.

Félix is an amazing host. Gave us a lot of tips to experience the city and food. The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There's a lot of privacy, too.

Location is great within the walled town walking distance to main attractions and not too far to the main town below. Felix was wonderful. He was there to meet us with a smile and explained everything. Apartment was nice & warm in December. Shower great & beds comfortable.

Location and space. It was clean and included a lot of menage in the kitchen.

The apartment is located in a zone where foreign cars are not allowed to enter. We therefore parked in a public parking lot about 15 minutes walk away, but the road is quite uphill. Upon arrival, the host drove us with our luggage to the apartment in his car. He also provided us with a convenient parking card in the public parking lot. The apartment has a beautiful terrace.

First and foremost Felix, the owner of the property could not be more helpful or friendly. He previously sent us lots of information about Cuenca and even collected us from the car park and drove us to the apartments. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The apartments are a short walk from the plaza Mayor and the Cathedral. We had such a lovely visit and will definitely return as we felt that we only just scratched the surface of what Cuenca has to offer and we will definitely book at this apartment and with Felix again. Highly recommended.

The apartment is situated in an amazing location with a beautiful view (bit of a climb from the car though but Felix takes your bags up when you arrive and takes them down for you when you leave) and the host Felix is super helpful and attentive.

Location in the old town. Felix, the owner I think, met us at the car park in Cuenca town and drove us up to the apartment, and also took us back at the end of the stay.

The apartment was in a very good position for visiting old town Cuenca very near Plaza Mayor. The weather was cold when we visited but the apartment had good heating and was very cozy to return to.

Perfect location! The host was really helpful and welcoming, the house was in a perfect location, the apartment great. Despite the things I mention in the part we did not like, I still conclude that it was a great stay.

Host extremely accommodating. He picked me up at the train station and took me back - at 5.30 in the morning! Kitchen had everything I needed.

Spacious, clean, well equipped, secure, fantastic views, very close to Plaza Major and the centre of the old town. The apartment is within a well maintained house. The owner gave us good advice on local restaurants and a provided a great welcome.

Felix was super friendly and welcoming and arranged a time to meet us to show us around the apartment:) The location is superb behind the main square with awesome views over the gorge. The apartment was good value for money and comfortable for a couple of nights. The kitchen had a Nescafe coffee machine and was generally well equiped. Everything was clean.

“Okay but a bit disappointing”

-great location -facilities (fridge,dishwasher,washing machine, iron-though pretty worn out) -clean and when you’ve entered the building it smelled really nice and fresh -meeting us once we’ve arrived and help with luggages -coffee machine

Cuenca is so unique and finding the right location to stay is key. We pinged it with this apartment 100m below the cathedral and main square, easy walk to all the old town sights. Arranging transport up from the gorge is essential - Felix offered this as part of the price - great service!! Apartment itself is well equipped and very comfortable - washing machine a bonus.
