“Perfect location for walks in town and up the hills.”
Perfect location for walks in town and up the hills. Clean and equipped for self-cattering. Comfortable and quiet place with big beds. Terrasse is small and not much usable, but there are benches in front of the house with view to enjoy. Easy parking at the door of the house. Advise: if you come by car, always drive back uphill or you might be trapped in narrow streets of old town.

“Nice apartment located a 10-minute walk to the old town”
The apartment was clean and I was offered the possibility of letting my luggage after check-out in case I needed it. It was great to get the possibility also to make some laundry. Jose was also very quick to answer to all my requests/messages before arrival. He also provided me with a map of the city upon arrival, which was kind of him.

“Good value for money apartment”
The apartment is only 15 minutes from the old town and 10 minutes from the new town. However, it is up a hill. Not a problem for me, but could be if you're not mobile. A bonus for us was the apartment was less than 10 minutes walk away from the dinosaur museum. A must see

“Great apartment in a quiet location”
The apartment was very nice - on the ground floor and we were able to park right outside. It was a good size as it was just the two of us with a comfortable seating area and a well equipped kitchen where we were able to have breakfast and an evening meal. It is perfectly located about a 10-15 minute walk from the old town of Cuenca and in quiet residential area. In advance of arriving Jose was very good in answering my questions and arrived just as we were parking to hand over the keys and explain everything. We had a great meal in Meson Darling (10 minute walk away) and Cuenca Cathedral is amazing inside.

“Not as advertised!”
The host was very nice, his English was about as good as my Spanish, so communicating was a little difficult. Even though we stated our time of arrival, we still had to wait about 45 minutes to get the keys. This is not a criticism. I doubt that Cuenca is a typical/usual place for English tourists, so the language barrier can be a problem. He came the next day with breakfast which was a really nice touch.

“Amazing value”
Very clean and comfortable accommodation.The host kindly came in his car to guide us to the place when we got lost because, despite the clear directions ,there are many small one way roads if you get off track.There are good views of the old town and just a pleasant downhill walk to nearest restaurants.There was a generous supply of food provided for 3 days’ breakfasts.
