“Beautiful place highly recommend”

Beautiful place. Accom great location & facilities had all mod cons. Met the host Laura at the port where she showed us the place and gave us the key. Great value and Beautiful views from the accomodation. Cuddillero is a stunning place to see. Had a lovely swim in the sea as there are a number of areas where u can go swimming in the port bay. Car parking is available in the port (5 mins walk)is very cheap at €2.50 (two euro & 50 cent) for the day and u can leave ur car there overnight and just go down the next day and pay for the next day. U can only pay for one day at a time but its really simple and close by. Food in the nearby restaurants is very good but can be pricey Very beautiful place

Location was great--once we found it! (See photo for location of apartment--took us a while to find it.) Excellent view, close to the harbor, great walks. Comfy bed, great bathroom. Nice and cozy! Cudillero is a great place to explore--all the terraces!

“Amazing place!”

Awesome location right on the waterfront, however it is very quiet. I was not bothered by any sounds from neighbors, only the sound of the sea! The sea is just near your window :) This is an old three-story house where you can use all three floors. Large bath, comfortable heating, good climate in the rooms. All necessary equipment. I spent a wonderful 2 days alone with myself, it brought me into order.

The house is on a public footpath that winds up the hill, in front of the door and across the bathroom window at the back.....no privacy. The local police made us park our motorbike way down by the port, out of sight of the house, so our bags helmets jackets etc had to be carried a 10in walk, and then up 60 steps to the front door. The house was run down and damp, everything metal was rusty. It was in need of a repaint, the bedroom window glass is broken, and the curtains thin. There is a street light right outside so we didn't sleep well at all the first night, and decided to find somewhere else to stay. In the bathroom there are 5 open electrical sockets, there is an electric towel rail plugged into an extension which runs under the sink...... not safe!! We stayed at the end of May when the weather was wet and cold. The only heating is by electric heaters....the downstairs one is rusty, the fridge and washing machine are rusty. There are no headboards on the beds, so the wall behind the double bed is dirty. The single beds are under the eaves in the attic. The steel spiral staircases make the house unsuitable for small children and tall adults. There is a small fold down table and chairs for outside, but nowhere to put it as you'd block the footpath. The whole place is in bad need of some care and repair. We moved to the hotel in El Pito 1km up the road.

The location was superb and the hosts very kind. It was my mistake to overlook that they spoke Spanish only. The bed was lovely and warm/comfortable.

The check in at 5 was a slight inconvenience but was worth the wait.
