All great, from the staff to the room. All new and very clean, it has been a pleasure to stay there. Also, the breakfast is buffet style and can meet the taste and needs of different guests.

Poor attitude at the reception and from the general manager. They do not care about the customer needs and don't display a problem solving approach. The act as if they wouldn't care about complaints.
