The apartment itself was decent and met expectations in terms of cleanliness and basic amenities. However, our stay was heavily impacted by ongoing construction work for a lift right next to the property. The noise during the day was very loud, making it extremely difficult to work remotely. This was not mentioned in advance, and we would have chosen differently had we known. There was also a lack of transparency regarding fees. A €60 cleaning fee was already included, but after checkout the host asked us to pay extra because we were traveling with a dog, which had not been clearly communicated beforehand. Finally, when I raised these issues at checkout, the response was simply “ok” with no apology or acknowledgment. Overall, the apartment itself is fine, but the lack of transparency and poor communication left a negative impression.

Best apartment view, perfect for morning coffee. Very well equipped – there is everything you need in the apartment, all essentials you may need, plus some treats! The pool was warm in September. Beach equipment is available, even toys for kids! We are more than satisfied with our stay – thank you!
