Location and the bar on site was great! the room was good and the pool area was great also. The Breakfast was ok & might have been better if I had to point anything out.

Great location on the bay and pretty central in Crystal River. Could walk into town and to places to eat and drink along the main highway. Our room was quiet, large and catered for our needs, having a sink, microwave and coffee maker. Only thing missing for my wife was a kettle, but she made do with microwaving water, for hot water.

As indicated with my marks as shown above, I was delighted with these accommodations. I loved, loved, loved, this everything about this place. The rooms were amazing; clean, well facilitated, and stylish. So, with all that in mind the price I paid was was well within expectations. The location was beautiful, the breakfast which was included was very nice indeed, and the onsite Tikki Bar was exceptional for both food and drink. My experiences with the reception staff varied. I had an urgent issue which needed resolving, and to cut a very convoluted story short I was left hanging, and bitterly disappointed by Bethany, who's attitude and willingness to be proactive was sadly lacking. On the other hand both Josh and Stacy came to the rescue at the very last minute in the early hours of the next day, that I had a very important trip planned. Their compassion, understanding and essential understanding of truly good customer services, saved the day for me. So. Enough said. I hope to be back, as long as I don't have to deal with Bethany ...
