Basic accommodation worked for us. Central location to everything but on the main street so can get quite noisy. Bed is a double, so if you're a bit larger, it'll be a tough sleep (I'm 5'2", he's 5'9" & we were definitely side x side). I'd suggest cushions for the chairs & a toaster. On Sundays, a guy parks out front and sells loaves of the best sourdough bread I've ever eaten, get some!. Good communication with owner.
