Location, clarity by personnel

When we arrived, it was discovered that the room I had booked was not appropriate for my mother, as there were too many stairs. Immediately, we were offered a variety of other options. Annette was very flexible and also gave many tips on things to do around the town. We appreciated staying in rooms that were much more suitable, thank you!

Location was perfect, at the hub of all the activities that take place surrounding the town plaza, so all amenities, beach, marina & markets nearby.

It is a good hotel. Nothing special, but it delivery what it shows.

The facilities were great for a short or long stay! The staff is really friendly and looking forward to accommodating any reasonable request you make! The owners are so friendly and happy to spend time with you for a chat and give advise for the region. For sure I'll come back and stay longer this time !

Walking to Marina….

We hear breakfasts were good, however we only had lunches and dinners there. All were nicely presented, tasty, and reasonably priced. Young staff and owners worked hard, as big groups were accommodated, and everyone was super friendly. It was nice to have a kitchenette to make that morning coffee. Very central to the remaining town, beaches and marina. Really enjoyed the dancing horses, what a treat! Good security in the later evening

The location was amazing right near the Marina and the beach, the staff was awesome and the owners were a great resource for information on the area and things to see and do. Great place to get away from the all-inclusives and is perfectly situated between Bucerias and Sayulita for day trips. Would stay there again 100% Thanks Annette and Cerillo for a great time. “I would not hesitate to return again when my travels bring me back to La Cruz.”

I have stayed at La Cruz Inn several times over the past few years. I love the location in La Cruz and I love that the staff and owners of the inn are always friendly and helpful. For the price, these rooms offer exceptional quality from the adequate outdoor kitchen and sitting area to the room with comfortable and clean beds and bath. Attached is a lovely and clean outdoor pool and also attached is the inn's exceptional restaurant offering a diverse and more global menu. Having said all this, guests should know that what is being offered by the inn is a friendly, more like hostel feel without being in a hostel. The guests mingle and are often English speaking. If you are looking for comfortable and adequate accommodations for an excellent price and want to experience what it might look like to visit Mexico not in an all inclusive, this is an opportunity to do so without the high expenses related to renting an Air B and B etc.

Owner and staff were friendly and helpful going out of their way to accommodate us. We had a constant supply of fresh drinking water.
