We had to travel a day earlier than planned because we needed to get home to our sick dog and they allowed us to do this without any extra costs, we are so grateful for this. Had to leave early but the pool, play area, vineyard views, spotless and spacious apartment were lovely and we hope to go back one day.

they took my money even though they were already booked that night. they did not help at all with returning the money or contacting booking. it has been weeks and still no help or apologies.
