This was our second stay at this beautiful manoir, and it felt like coming home. Isabelle is a wonderful, warm-hearted host who makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive, and Romeo the dog brings joy to every visit. The garden is beautifully maintained, with a large, lush lawn perfect for relaxing, and the view from the window each morning is simply breathtaking. A truly special place we’ll keep coming back to.

We loved being in the countryside rather than in town. The quiet, beauty, and spaciousness of the Manoir, after full days of visiting D-Day beaches and museums, was balm to our activated senses. The host is wonderful - generous, accommodating, easy-going, and interesting to chat with if you choose. Breakfast was outstanding, with many homegrown and homemade eggs, jams, and yoghurts. We unreservedly say - stay there!

The location was perfect for our short stay in Normandy, and just 15 mins from Bayeux. The host Isobel was very friendly, engaging, and accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic with fresh eggs every day from her resident chickens.

Everything about our stay was a delight. Our host made us very welcome and provided the most delicious breakfast. A beautiful bedroom with adjoining bathroom, great shower and lovely views over the garden, lots of space and a very comfortable bed, the best sleep ever. Manoir de Conjon is perfectly situated for visiting Bayeux and the Normandy beaches although the house and grounds is so beautiful we would have been happy to not go anywhere. We highly recommend a stay here and hope to return sometime.

“We felt so much at home”

A house with soul with a very welcoming host Isabelle. The grounds are impeccably maintained. The property is lovely & so peaceful, you don't feel like travelling anywhere anymore, you just want to sit back & bask in the tranquility. Our room had access through the back staircase, which added to the feeling of being back home. The room (rather a little apartment) has a tiny lobby with a wardrobe, a spacious bathroom (with a window looking into the beautiful back garden) and a spacious bedroom. The room is equipped with everything you may need & the bed mattress is comfortable for back pain sufferers (i.e. it's not soft). We could move freely around the house, use the fridge & help ourselves anytime to tea/coffee/cake in the kitchen. The house & the adjacent pavillon (Le Pavillon du Manoir de Conjon) can accommodate a number of people, yet, your privacy is still maintained and you still enjoy 'the quiet'. It's like you all move through different parts of the house and (maybe) meet at breakfast (at a large table) at the same hour. Breakfast time is as per the guest's preference & Isabelle offers a variety of delicious home produce. The location is ideal & the countryside is picturesque. The property is a short drive from the historical D-Day sights & the nearby towns/villages. There are a few restaurants in the nearby Bayeux, as well as Carrefour. We have very much enjoyed our stay & it will be our choice No. 1 when returning back to Normandy.

Outstanding place, could not improve anything.

This accommodation was simply amazing. A very stylish estate with a touch of luxury and at the same time a homely atmosphere. All the equipment was very comfortable and we really didn't miss anything. The estate is located in a beautiful and quiet environment. We haven't slept so well in a long time. We greatly appreciate Ms. Isabelle's hospitality. The French breakfast with homemade products was unique. We spent a beautiful romantic 3 days here and we will definitely come back again.

Fantastic setting and location. We loved everything about our stay. The room catered for all our needs. The beds were so comfy and we all had the best sleep. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would highly recommend.

A beautiful property in the countryside with amazing views just a short drive from Bayeux. An idyllic location. The rooms were superb, much bigger than we were expecting, immaculately clean and charming decoration. A truly fabulous host who couldn’t have done more to make us feel at home. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

This property is beyond exceptional . It is really really nice place to stay . The interior has been stylishly furnish in period . The bedrooms are large, comfortable and immaculately clean , ours had a brand new beautifully refited ensuite with large bath and seperate shower cubicle. Large double bed and double window giving views down the drive. Isabel is a charming hostess and there is a warm welcome and through our stay nothing was too much trouble . There is a guest lounge and delightful light breakfast room and kitchen . The breakfast is also excellent . Within 10 mins of Bayeux and 15 from the beaches .
