“I WANT to go back soon. Super holiday place”

Location is perfect, very close to the lovely sandy beaches and the line of restaurants there and on the other side is the fantastic Castello and the Museo Archeologico. Giovanni, the owner is a fantastic guy. he is the most devoted and dedicated person I ever met although I travel a lot. How he decorates the property and the rooms and how he cleans them and takes care of every little details and helps the guests with everything is truly amazing for me. God bless him :) I want to go back in 1 or 2 years time for sure.

The host went out of his way to provide assistance and even made the effort to collect us from the railway station only due to a miscommunication this didn't happen. He took us to the station the following day when we checked out. Loved the beach theme of the property.

- comfortable beds - big free parking near the house - free shared snacks, coffee, tea - friendly hosts (Giovanni and Loredana) give free small gifts like cakes - everyday cleaning (towels, bed sheets) - close to the sand beach BELOW GOES WHAT CAN BE IMPROVED FEEDBACK PART: We wanted to live in a quiet peaceful place for a month. As the reviews and the location were very good, we chose this option for 28 days but upon arrival, we were very disappointed. 1. The room. In the photos, it was not clear where the bathroom is located. We thought that it was near the room but it's near the kitchen which is not really comfortable, especially at night. The room has no wardrobe, only hangers. The room and the bathroom have old locks with big keys. 2. The bathroom The bathroom has no ventilation (just a small window on top of the shower which leads to the ladder). It was not mentioned that there exists a switch to turn on/off the hot water in the kitchen near the coffee machine, other guests could switch the hot water while they are doing the coffee and you need to go and inspect the switch. The shower has a bad shower head and because of this, the water stream is weak. The shower has a carpet but it's very slip. You can easily get injured like me (hit the metal border with leg) 3. The ladder to the apartment The house has a steep ladder which is hard to walk every time if you have any injuries, disabilities or a small child. Just be aware of this as it's not stated in the description of the object. 4. The noise For 28 days, there was NO a single day that we slept. NOT A SINGLE DAY! - rooms have bad noise isolation - coffee machine is loud - there are rules on the front door about silence (22:00 till 8:00) but NO ONE ever follows them. We couldn't go to sleep till 2:00 AM because other guests just coming home.

Amazing location, sea view, kind host.

The rooms were beautiful to the smallest details, clean, nice and tidy with all the appropriet self-created decoration. Easy communication. The host made us feel home and very welcomed ❤️ . Morning with a coffee on the balcony with a sea view was a bliss. Parking is just next to the house. We loved the place to the very last moment. Just be ready for steep stairs but nothing that wouldn't a fit person manage :). I would definitely recommend and happy to stay again if coming to Crotone :).

Nice personally managed and very clean pension with small, newly renovated rooms with a communal kitchen. Very good WIFI and view to the harbor. Thanks a lot!
