Fiona and Alastair were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was private, spacious, and very comfortable. Wonderful setting, with fantastic views. Breakfast was delicious from their gardens.

“A piece of heaven”
This is a spectacular property, wonderful views, fantastic friendly and fun hosts, great breakfast with just about everything sourced from the garden. The wine trip organised by Alistair was excellent - he chauffeured us - and make sure you have time for lunch at Cloudy Bay. The room was wonderful, kitted out with everything, and whatever you do make time to have dinner cooked one evening by Fiona - she is a wonderful cook.

“No better place to stay in Cromwell.”
The property was gorgeous and the bedroom and bathroom suite spacious. There was plenty of room for luggage and also two comfortable chairs in addition to the bed. We had our own access out a private door and it felt luxurious. The scenery around the property was stunning and the hosts, Fiona and Alistair, were friendly and very helpful. We hired Alistair to arrange wine tasting for us and he did a superb job. He also answered zillions of questions we had about New Zealand. Fiona provided home-canned fruit for breakfast, which was delicious.

This must be the most exclusive and luxurious Bed and Breakfast venue on the South Island in an area of outstanding beauty. The quality and style of everything is exceptional and we were treated as house guests rather than "clients", which made our stay special.

Alistair and Fiona were lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was excellent and Fiona cooked to order and Alistair made great coffee. We had our own private spa pool. A bonus was the family Lakeland Terrier, Cooper, who is great fun.
