The lakeside and moutain views are spectacular. The hot tub was superb. Spacious accomodation. Great shower. The washing machine and dryer is a wonderful addition. The place overall is 9.9 stars, the 1% is for the missing bidet. 😉😅 Sandy is a terrific host. She's nice, kind, warm, friendly, and accomodating. She's so generous that she even gave me a beautiful birthday present and yummy cheese scones for our trip back home. Benji is a sweet dog! Our wee dog Brows loves him and actually misses him now, too. Lol! We truly appreciated and loved our stay. We would definitely come back! 🤗🥰

Loved peaceful location and views. Unit had everything we needed. Sandy and Steve were very welcoming. Easy distance to the lake/ biking or walking trail.

Our stay was beyond amazing as usual! This was our second stay, and it was simply awesome! The place is private, plenty of room to relax and unwind, and equipped with everything you may need for your sweet escape. A special shout-out to the hosts - we felt so welcome and home away from home!

Absolutely loved everything about this place. The hosts Sandy and Steve were so welcoming and of course their fur baby Benji was the best host ever. Checked on us everyday to make sure we were ok 🤣 Loved the hot tub and the view was stunning. Would definitely go back there and highly recommend this beautiful place!!

The location was great - a quiet spot with great views and central to our needs in the area, the hosts were very engaging and accommodating and the wood fired hot tub was fantastic.

Loved how they are pet friendly, we are able to freely walk around the property, and they have a very lovely view! Rooms was pretty clean and comfortable! Hosts were very accommodating and friendly!

Everything! Sandy & Steve are amazing hosts. They were very welcoming & offered to help in anyway they could. Our furbabies had the best time roaming free around the grounds and meeting their young pup - Benji. The hot tub was AMAZING! Pity the weather was poor to use it again. We absolutely loved our stay from the Welcoming note to welfare check ins. We loved our stay and would love to come back again soon in the warmer months.

Lakeside Retreat was in a great setting by the lake and grape vines. Steve and Sandy were marvellous host. Very attentive and friendly. They were excellent communicators. The unit had everything needed, including the amazing hot tub.
