The property is the perfect location when staying in Bannockburn or wanting easy access to surrounding areas. The picturesque landscape is only rivalled by the exceptional and warm hospitality you will receive. We were treated to stunning sun rises, fresh local breakfast and spot on recommendations for dinner at the Bannockburn hotel across our stay. Truely the perfect stay.

We thorougly enjoyed our stay here. The 'cottage' is spacious, clean and well equipped and set in a beautiful area south of Cromwell. There were generous provisions to make your own breakfast with, and the proprietors could not have been more welcoming and helpful. There are good restaurants within walking distance in Bannockburn, and more (plus shopping) a short drive away in Cromwell. If you're travelling in this part of NZ then this is good base. Wānaka and Queenstown are both an easy drive and there's also history to explore nearby in Cromwell and the Karawau Gorge.

We had the most wonderful time here. The place was warm, clean and felt homely. Jules was lovely and made us feel welcome. All the little extras just made it that extra bit special and The breakfast was incredible. Thank you for having us. We can’t wait to come back again!

My husband and myself went to Cromwell with another couple and we booked the rooms in the house, loved that our rooms were side by side. Jules made a lovely breakfast each morning which kick started our days just nicely. The view was also stunning.

Chris and Jules could not do enough to help with our stay wish we had stayed longer now we would recommend staying there for sure nice area .Sandy and Pete

We stayed in the Bellbird Suite. An extremely comfortable room with a huge bathroom and a beautiful view. The hosts, Chris and Jules, were wonderful, warm people (and invited us to attend the local Anzac Day service with them, which was something special). The room had everything you would want and the breakfasts were very good. Bannockburn is a small town, perfectly located for visiting the Central Otago wineries.

Jules and Chris were amazing hosts, the breakfast was sooo good. Highly recommend and we hope to be back.

This was an out of this world experience! The views from the bedroom (Bellbird) are absolutely amazing, beautiful room design and top quality fittings, linen, toiletries, breakfast, snacks. What really made this stand out was the superb welcome from Chris and Julia. They were so kind and welcoming, yet not intrusive. We want to go back! Location is great, near wineries, ready access to queenstown, wanaka. Best bnb in NZ!

Jules, is an excellent host. The suite is spacious, private and perfectly located with beautiful expansive views and your own private deck. Everything was to a very high standard and comes highly recommended
