Very friendly hosts and delicious breakfast. The room was very clean.

We had a lovely four night stay at Villa Sojat. The hosts Ika and Josip were super welcoming and friendly, and made us feel very at home. The breakfast was substantial and very tasty, everything organic (complete with a selection of delicious homemade jams!). The accommodation is very clean and everything in good condition; our room had lots of storage and a new bathroom. We stayed in a room with a balcony facing the sea, which was very spacious and stayed cool in the warm weather. The property is on a quiet road up the hill from the main town, so it is very peaceful. Walking into town takes about 30 minutes (steep hill) or driving less than ten. Beach about fifteen minutes walk down the hill. If you’re walking you do have to cross a fast road to get to the beach or town, but we did so and quickly got used to it. Otherwise, driving is no problem and parking is easy to find in the town. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend. Thank you to our lovely hosts :)

Our room was very cozy and clean. The AC did its job in 5 mins, so we could set the perfect room temperature in no time. Breakfast was also great, had delicious home-made marmalades too. And our hosts were so lovely and helpful! They put their hearts into everything. Also there are (at least) 3 cute cats in their garden who were very friendly! ❤️

I had a wonderful stay that truly exceeded my expectations. The older couple who run the guesthouse are incredibly welcoming, warm, and genuine — they serve a simple but delightful breakfast every morning with so much heart, and their kindness made me feel at home, especially as a solo traveler. They are both interesting and easy to talk to, always happy to chat, and genuinely care about their guests' comfort, which is something you rarely find elsewhere. The room was exceptionally clean — above any standard I’ve experienced so far. The whole house and garden are lovingly cared for and it’s obvious the hosts take great pride in making everything perfect for their guests, every day, all day. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly personal and heartwarming experience on the Croatian coast.

Very nice and hospitable owners. Good variety of food for breakfast with homemade jams. Very clean room and building in general. Well kept and maintained inside and out. Close to lidl and a restaurant. Great stay when passing through the area.

The property is situated on the top of the hill, with beautiful wood surrounding and a nice sea bay view, just an ideal location for me as I was looking for a place further away from the noisy town centre. I enjoyed the everyday walk of a few kilometres to the town centre and to another place called Selce.Tip: Selce can be up to 30-50% cheaper to eat/drink than Crikvenica; it also has beautiful small and hidden beaches if you want some privacy and don't like the noise and crowds on the big beaches. The owners of the property are kind, they will serve you a very good breakfast and they will clean your room daily (regardless if you put a 'make up my room' sign on or not). The property is built and equipped in a luxurious way and appears to be fairly newly built. You won't regret it if you pay a little extra for a room with a balcony, The air is very clean and healthy! You will also be allocated a place to park your car or motorbike. There are 2-3 very friendly cats who enjoy welcoming and playing with guests.

Super friendly staff, wonderful villa and rooms. Nice furnitures, bathroom and cleanliness everywhere. The breakfast is good and enough, you can reach any restaurant or the coast with a 15 minutes walking.

Very nice place to crash after a long drive. The owners were happy to see us even though we came late. The breakfast is tasty and has some homemade products. Location is not downtown, but if you like a quiet place, this is the one.

The accommodation was cosy - super clean, and the landlord very nice - breakfast was very nice, too. Nothing to complain about except for the distance to the sea.
