The apartment is located in the center, yet in a perfectly quiet area. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the beaches, shops, and all the resort’s amenities. The apartment has everything you could possibly need — and even more! It’s spotlessly clean, the bed is super comfortable, and the view of the riviera is absolutely stunning. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and hospitable — thanks to their warmth, you truly feel at home rather than just a guest. Crikvenica is an unbelievably beautiful place with its own unique atmosphere and character. Staying at this apartment really lets you experience true rest and relaxation. - The studio app on the first floor, has everything you need to make your stay pleasant. There was even coffee, tea, fresh fruits and some tasty refreshments in the fridge. We immediately felt very welcome. - The terrace is just amazing and has a beautiful view on the sea. - It’s just a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants and the Love Path. - The host Emili & her mom are super friendly. - We can highly recommend this place!! We are definitely coming back. - Private parking can be arranged via Emili at a reasonable price.

Very cosy apartment with kind and helpful owners. It has everything and more you need for comfortable stay. Perfect balcony with sea view for pleasant breakfast or dinner. Totaly recomed!

Cozy and well equipped apartment located in a dead-end street in walking distance to the center, supermarkets and the beach, but still very quiet. Free parking at the end of the street, around 150m from the apartment. Wonderful view from the balcony. The hosts are incredibly kind, caring and helpful at any time with a sweet surprise for our departure :) Highly recommended!

The host was very nice and polite. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and the city centre but still isolated from the noise so you can sleep normally at night. Very clean and neat.

Lovely apartment with beautiful views to the town and coast from the large balcony well equiped kitchen with all appliances including juicer with oranges supplied too. Close to town with all restaurants and shops. The hosts were absolutely wonderful and gave lots of info about the area, highly recommend this property.

This is a good place for solo travelers to relax and even work as digital nomad too. I was welcomed by a very friendly mom and daughter who speak a little of German and fluent English. A few minutes walk upstairs from the main Crikvenica marina to reach a smiling welcome, very well equipped and organized apartment with an amazing view. I was surprised at the checkout but I won't write the spoiler here. Hvala Ksenia & Emily.

Emili and Ksenija are some of the kindest and most caring people we have ever met. The accommodation was beautiful and clean, perfectly located, 5 minutes walk to everything you need (beach, supermarket, downtown). Everything was perfect, we had a great time and will definitely stay here if we are in Crikvenica or the area again. The hosts even surprised us with a little farewell gift, we came home with good memories.

Truly the best place we've ever stayed in. Emili waited us with a heartly welcome, and was available for everything we needed. The apartment is very clean, the view of the balcony is astonishing. Also, the apartment is very close to the Old town and the beach, only some minutes by foot. WIFI and air conditioning worked perfectly. Privte parking spot is available for free.

We loved the terrace, it was amazing and we had the best hosts, never had such great hosts! We can only recommend this apartment! Will stay in this apartment again when visiting Crikvenica.

The apartment is great, nicely furnished and lovely design. The location of the apartment is good, close to the city centre and the beaches. The hosts are very friendly, kind and helpful and the pets are really cute☺️ We enjoyed our stay very much.
