Breakfast fine. Rooms are relatively large and due to the age of the hotel look good. Bathrooms are good with walkable showers. Staff is very mixed in terms of quality. Astonishing is the fact that nobody tried to sell another drink. We always had to ask. May be the owners should incentive the staff to get them motivated?

Clean and bedroom are perfect.

The hotel cancelled our booking as we arrived in Paris, arranging another hotel that was an hour away. Given our meeting was next door, this is completely unacceptable.

Super unfriendly Reception, me and some other people after I arrived in the middle of the night they informed me that my reservation was canceled because they were overbooked. ue to my work, I spent 160-190 days living in hotels. Such a situation never happened, the worst thing they’re not even suggested any solution! After midnight to find a hotel was not an easy task on holiday season never again in this hotel.

Disgusted reception

Very poor receptionist I found a receptionist who neglects his job he is supposed to do for a client . But so far of that because I found insults me from receptionist when I went to check out. where I stayed I had a 7 day parking ticket and I only used it for 2 days because the van doesn't fit properly from the height of the roof and it is stuck. Instead of telling me ok he told me to send an email so that maybe I can get a refund from the hotel because he checked out he can't give me the difference back. He also started a fight telling me to talk to the manager I will be blacklisted. I am really surprised by this type of attitude. I am a regular customer but this last time I booked in a hotel courtyard reception very ignorant

The hotel is brand new , everything is cleaned and well managed

Location was convenient for the rugby match we were attending at the nearby Stade.

Clean room and bathroom - enough lights in the room - plugs at each side of the bed which is perfect for a couple. Really enjoy the large bed. We were able to find a parking slot near by the hotel (which was free I believe).

A perfect location for us to see Quins play Racing - which is right next to the hotel. However, there are no restaurants close by and the centre of town is a 20 min walk away. The hotel has a secure car park for an extra charge of €15. The staff were charming, helpful and excellent and sorted out a minor issue we had. The room was fine with everything you would need and importantly, a good shower. There was a mini mart with drink and food available including a pizza oven.
