“A lovely property but a little pricey.”

Lovely property with a large garden and pool. We used the B&B as a stopover for an early morning (6am) flight from Bologna Airport and in that respect it worked well. The property is approx a 35 minute drive from the airport depending on traffic. We were unable to sample the breakfast or dip in the pool , maybe next time.

Very convenient location just 20min from the Bologna airport. Beautiful gardens and pool. Breakfast was exceptionally good with locally sourced Italian produce.

The B&B is located in a beautiful area close to both Bologna and Modena. The rooms were really spacious and the staff was super friendly and helpful which made our stay even more wonderful. Also i must mention the fresh and tasty breakfast that was served. We had a very good couple of days, thank you!

“Great and relaxing stay close to Bologna”

Great place to relax outside of Bologna. Large and beautiful rooms. Huge and beautiful pool. Nice breakfast. We stayed here for three nights as a break coming back from the south on our way home, which was just perfect. Easy to combine sightseeing with relaxing by the pool.

Elisabetta was incredible!! She really made our stay so special. She organised wonderful restaurant bookings and made sure everything was taken care of. The pool was lovely and we really enjoyed staying at Pragatto Hills.

Excellent. Wonderful options and fantastic coffee. The outdoor seating area is beautiful.

what a fabulous place. it is even better than the pictures suggest the room was large and elegant and had a massive bathroom with a similarly massive shower Elisabetta was a great hostess - charming and helpful and also spoke English which was helpful - nothing was too much trouble The breakfast was fantastico with everything fresh and local and not a plastic bag or E number in site Will will certainly come again if we are in the area the place is a taxi drive to the delights of Bologna or if you want to save some €s then the train is only €3.10 from Crespallano to Bologna town wall and it is about a 10 min walk to Pragatto Hills from the station

Luigi, the owner, and Elizabeth, the manager, were both incredibly welcoming and helpful. They booked a few wonderful local restaurants for us, suggested some out of the way small hill towns to visit (which are not in guide books) and made us feel welcome at this incredibly special property.

Pragatto hills was a lovely place to stay. Beautiful area. Our suite was quiet and clean with a fridge and a safe. The owners Luigi and Elisabetta were delightful and couldn't do enough for you, even booking us into a couple of restaurants because we had not done so and it was Bank Holiday weekend and very busy.

great location for visiting the surrounding areas, amazing breakfast. Elisabetta is an exceptional host. we definitely recommend this place and hopefully come back one day.

Thank you to the staff who were with us and helped us during our short stay. Due to an incident with RENT-A-CAR, we arrived at the property by UBER and had to stay there until we managed with the car. The staff was very helpful, they found us local taxis, recommended restaurants, were patient with us, and let us stay at the property until we got the paperwork sorted. The location is very interesting for those looking for authentic but modern conditions. We will gladly recommend this location if you are in the area.

Great B&B located in a nice area outside Bologna (20 mins by car). Very friendly staff. The breakfast is above average for an Italian B&B (Organic products, fresh juice, quality ham and cheese, etc). I recommend.

Stunning breakfast, with lots of choice. Warming and helpful owners. Stunning building, rooms, grounds. 20+ minutes drive from Bologna and airport - perfect. Would recommend and stay again.

Very nice and beautiful place. Swimming pool is just great. Staff are very nice and helpful. You do need a car to travel around.
