“Nice stay but could benefit from some repairs.”
It was in a really nice location and the room was clean. We also received an upgrade on arrival for an ocean view room. The bed was comfortable.

Honestly Crescent Beach Motel was the nicest most enjoyable 1 night I've had at a motel or hotel. Not only did the room open straight onto the amazing crescent beach, with that cool breezy beach air if you like that kind of thing like breathing clean air. The staff at reception was awesome, I can't thank them enough for offering me a late checkout as I had checked in late at like 10pm after backpacking through Crescent City from the airport all afternoon. That extra hour and a half made all the difference to my stay, even though really it would have been sensational even without it. They also had a whole bunch of snacks in the reception free for the taking. They don't mind if you raid it like an animal or I don't know more like a polite and grateful person. The room was clean and the bed was comfy and everything was perfect. 10/10 I will definitely be back!

The furnishings were good - we liked the fridge which also had a small freezer so we could re-freeze our ice packs. They offered tea, coffee and hot chocolate in a little room near reception, apart from what was available in the room, as well as free bottled water and sodas in a fridge in reception (only available during reception hours). The location was convenient to the start of Redwoods.

As a 🇩🇪 : i loved the „Thriller“- „you‘re going to get murdered in this Motel“ Vibe ! People there are super nice, rooms are ok, in a decent-good range, warm water for a quick shower, free coffee. All u need for a quick stay.
