There was personal and extraordinary service, we loved the attention to detail, whether it was at breakfast or in the spa facilities, it was simply excellent. My father had a birthday and the reception staff were very nice to give us some good snacks and wine

My wife was sick and the hotel did not make any effort to make our stay a delightful stay. We were asked to pay for brackfest in the room as my wife could not dine out. We asked for late check out as we had night flight back home. They told us that they can only grant us untill 1400 and we were asked to pay extra. Such an hotel, and such poor service. They only care recieving extra money

“Perfect”
Possibly one of my favourite hotels we have stayed in! I can’t fault anything from our stay. The staff were all so lovely and really looked after you from breakfast, the ski shop, spa and in the restaurants and bar. We had the best time, thank you for making it so special. Would definitely return

It was my second staying at six senses in Crans Montana. Nice room with terrace and view. I like the spa and gym facilities. Nice Japanese restaurant with big menu and really good kitchen!
