Overview
Located in the heart of Crans-Montana and renovated in November 2012, Hotel Royal is surrounded by the Swiss Alps. Guests can enjoy a hot tub and an indoor pool. Most rooms are south-facing and have a balcony. The elegantly furnished rooms feature free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a seating area. Bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer are provided in each room. The hotel is at the center of Crans-Montana just 5 minutes walk distance from the cable car and in a very calm location. My room was exceptionally big with a large balcony and a beautiful view. The staff was super helpful, friendly and efficient and the service overall excellent! Room service was delicious! I had unfortunately no time to have breakfast ....

Great location, clean, helpful and friendly staff. Bed comfortable, turn down service, robes, slippers. Room 306, suite, excellent view. Dinner, fine dining at the hotel restaurant was excellent.

What a great hotel and dog friendly! it is wonderfully located in the center of Crans with breathtaking view. The stuff is very friendly. We really recommend to eat at the hotel: the chef is amazing!
