Great location on the lake. Easy walking to shops and chairlifts as well as the buses. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of items and good coffee. Staff were very pleasant and happy to help.

Location is stunning. Staff are excellent. Breakfast is more than perfect. Beds were so comfy and the ambience of the whole place is bang on. Really want to go back in the winter... It's an old building and a little quirky but everything works and would stay here at a drop of a hat again.

Perfect location in front of the lake, near the ski lift to go up to top of Crans. Phill, the lovely lady who works there helped us in the most profound way. We arrived and immediately realised that we left our passports in the safe at Schlossstrasse Schadau in Thun, a 4 hour drive from Crans. Phill managed to have her friend help us and we received our documents the same evening. She also helped us get free lift tickets to go to the mountain for hiking. The view from our room’s lovely and we loved the yummy breakfast at the hotel.
