Super helpful staff! The staff was really going beyond what is expected. A lot appreciated! They have excellent spa facilities and very good breakfast - you can order omelet and have wide selection of very healthy juices.

“Perfect relaxation after a festival”
Location in the middle of Crans-Montana, lovely view from breakfast and spa area. Grass and beach baskets, nicely sized pool, quite late late checkout. We were coming for a Caprices Festival, so relaxing next day was super nice.

“Given the price I paid, I absolutely do not recommend this place.”
I stayed in a room that was in desperate need of a complete renovation. The walls were dirty and cracked, the doors and frames were chipped and peeling, and the floor was scratched and uneven. The bathroom looked nothing like the photos shown in the hotel presentation — in reality, it was outdated and seemed to be at least 20 years old. One of the towels I received was literally black with dirt. The water pressure in the bathroom was so low that it was impossible to take a proper shower. On top of that, the sound insulation was practically nonexistent — I could hear every step and noise coming from the neighboring rooms and ceiling. Given the price I paid, I absolutely do not recommend this place.

“Perfect weekend getaway for a relaxing stay in the mountains.”
I especially loved the outdoor terrace. The weather was perfect so we enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The food was also outstanding!

Breakfast is wonderful. The staff (three is only one) at the breakfast is very good, friendly, helpful and efficient. Food at breakfast is fresh, and there is a good variety to choose from
