“Miserable. and Expensive”

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, there was a sense that something wasn't right. we later found out that the hotel is closing and has made all the staff redundant. they lack motivation and who can blame them. service was terrible.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The design is beautiful and thoughtfully done, and the view from the bedroom was stunning. I slept incredibly well throughout my stay the bed was very comfortable and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The spa was another highlight and truly enhanced the overall experience. I booked the half-board package for all six days, and I was genuinely impressed that the food was never repetitive. Every meal was delicious and well-prepared. As someone with a sensitive stomach, I could really feel the care and attention put into the cooking. The ingredients were clearly high quality, clean, and thoughtfully selected, and the flavors suited me perfectly. The service was excellent warm, attentive, and very thoughtful which made the stay even more special. This hotel made me feel truly taken care of, and I would absolutely love to come back again.

The hotel is overall good, but was below my expectations. The rooms are clean, but cold, with no temperature control other then the central. The pool was also a bit cold and the common areas felt a bit old.

perfect location, good rooms, facilities are ok but may be crowded during the season. Bar was really nice. Ski facilities are good. Location is very good as it is 3 minutes from lift and there is a direct access to town.

We really appreciated our stay - the room was nice, clean, modern looking. The balcony view was magnificent. Spa area is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was standard, not so many options, but not bad. Staff is friendly and nice.

The views from this hotel are spectacular. It is slightly higher up the mountain in Montana but happily there is an escalator that travels between the village and the hotel. Bus stop and access to cable cars is also right outside hotel entrance. It is well worth being higher than the village for the views, trust me! The staff were excellent and the rooms are stylishly decorated and very clean.
