“Horrible experience!”
When I arrived at the property, there was nobody. So it was a no show from the Owner side. I had no phone signal in that remote area. After about 20 Minutes I saw a Gentleman passing, who I asked if I can use his phone to call to owners and he agreed. I called the owners and they promised to be there within 20 Minutes. The man left and I waited after a 7 hour drive with my cat in the car for another 45 minutes before I requested to cancel the booking where I got the call from the owner shouting at me that they will be there in ANOTHER 20 MINUTES and that I won't get back my money. I haven't even got a response from Booking.com about it yet. I don't wish this happen to anyone in a foreign country in the middle of nowhere.
