“The condition of the property was run down and I did not feel safe staying in the unit. So I left.”
The condition of the property was poor. There was no signage indicating that it was a vacation rental. After entering the front door the condition of the stairs leading to the unit on the second floor were also run down. I entered the unit and checked the windows and the door to the small balcony to see if they were secure. It was my opinion that the locks were of questionable quality and so decided to stay somewhere else.

“So far it has been awful since we can’t enter our room”
