“Pleasant stay except for the hockey”
The young lady who worked that night, Dec.5, was very pleasant when we checked in. I saw her getting things ready in the cafeteria for the next day. She made sure that the guests were happy. There was a group of hockey teams, young teenagers, that decided at 10pm it was OK to play hockey in the halls, run back & forth from their rooms & talk loud. I went out to confront them & the young lady was there too. She was trying to keep things under control by letting them know they had to be in their rooms. No coaches or shaperones were to be found watching these boys. I've seen this before. The adults of the hockey teams need to be responsible for the players, no matter what the age. There should be a policy that caught once disturbing the other guests. They are to leave. I'll be making sure next time to ask if there's hockey teams booked. If so, I'll go somewhere else. I hope you give praise to the young lady. She deserves a pat on the back.
