“Comfortable and nice rooms, but very poor customer service.”
The room was clean, and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked well.

The room was on the smaller side but well decorated and clean. The floors were shiny and the bathroom super clean. The balcony was a much enjoyed feature.

I liked that, though dated it was very clean. Tv had red stripe from top to bottom when on but fine for watching.

The hotel was clean and in a good location. We were able to walk to Elizabeth Lake to stetch our legs after a long day travelling to Cranbrook.

“Clean, quiet and spacious.”
Room service was provided during our two night stay which is hardly ever done nowadays. Room was spacious including table with two comfy chairs and two chairs on the balcony.

Clean room. Affordable rates. Nothing extraordinary but no bad surprises either. I consistently stay here because of the reliability and predictability.

“Comfortable.”
Clean and well appointed. Nice to have a balcony with a view of the mountains. Property is well maintained with lovely flower baskets. The fridge was a decent size.

I did not have breakfast there, so I have no opinion on that. The woman running the place was very accommodating and helpful. I couldn't get the wifi to work, but it did not matter. I just required a clean bed and a shower.
