We really enjoyed our stay at Craiggellachie Hotel. The staff were very welcoming and the hotel is very dog friendly. We arrived quite late due to an accident en route but we were quickly helped inside and seated for dinner. Our dog was welcome everywhere and fussed by everyone and we enjoyed retreating back to the fire in the pub after some snowy walks. The whiskey bar was a great spot to relax at the end of the day too. Good location if you are looking to explore the area and off road parking.

“Enjoyable stay”
We stayed for one night and unfortunately it was during a storm and the hotel/restaurant lost power. Hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible and the kitchen were able to provide all the residents with a cold evening meal. The hotel was full and the staff ensured that all the areas were lit by candles and we had a lovely evening talking to other residents as there was no phone signal or wifi due to the power outage. Power was back on in the morning and had a lovely breakfast.

We were really looked after from arrival, our room also got upgraded which was a lovely surprise. The hotel has cosy Scottish feel, with beautiful surroundings. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed some drinks in the bar downstairs. The bed was extremely comfortable, we had the best sleep. The breakfast was included and it was delicious
