The host was in contact with us showing concern for our safety as we arrived later than expected. We were welcomed on our arrival and shown to the chalet and all was explained regarding accommodation, facilities and activities. Excellent.

A lovely space with a great ambiance. The tent was well appointed and different to an average self catering unit.

The room was not wat was advertised. It was beyond small, dirty and the linen were so washed out it was unpleasant.

It was a peaceful trip and we could relax while enjoying nature.

Everything about this place is likable from the friendly owner to the remote location. The peace is worth everything. Great value for money.

NOTHING. We knew the cabin would be small and basic, but were not prepared for dirty, cocheroche infested and sleeping on what seemed like mattress innersprings with a sheet pulled over them. The curtains were filthy and falling off the rails. Crockery's glaze worn off, very unappetizing.

Enjoyed our one night stop over in the Peperboom tent. Comfortable bed and all the facilities you need (kettle, braai, microwave, stovetop). Very peaceful location with lots of birds, we even had a Njala roam around us. Bathroom was clean and pleasant to use. Koot made us feel very welcome and looked after. Would stay there again.

Everything was oustanding. The hosts made us feel like family, the food was outstanding, the beds extra comfortable, the rooms OCD clean and the scenery breathtaking, regarless of the weather. We stayed 2 nights but could have easily stayed there a week!

Amazing experience with an awesome view. We had such lovely talks with our hosts, the greatest food and a really nice guided hike was included where we learned a lot about the surrounding nature. Highly recommendable!
