Fantastic place, very well located in the centre of Cozumel, within walking distances to the ferry ports, bars and restaurants. The place's dog, Paloma is a true lovely legend. Rosalba and Baltazar were extremely helpful and accommodating to the hundreds of requests and small asks that our party had during our stay even providing local tips for things to do and places to visit. For sure a recommended place to stay when in Conzumel

“Very confortable stay in a beautiful house with a fantastic atmosphere”

Fantastic building and excellent atmosphere. The shower was hot, the bed comfortable, spotless cleaning, big room with both vent and aircon. The garden with the small swimming pool has a wonderful atmosphere, especially in the evening and the owners even ordered us a hot apple drink which was delicious. Very good position right off the Malecon, very good and perfumed toiletries.

“A hidden gem, a home away from home!”

A very special and authentic place! The owner and her daughter are really lovely people, and Xiknal is a home away from home. A place to slow down and relax! The courtyard is really beautiful, and the room has everything you need. And Paloma (the dog) is extremely cute and playful! While being super close to the city center, it is very quiet, which I deeply appreciated to get proper rest after diving. The staff were super helpful and looked after my bag when I had checked out. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Such a beautiful and cozy place! Everything was super clean, quiet, and well organized. Exactly what I hoped for. The courtyard is so pretty and relaxing, and the design makes it feel instantly like home. It’s only about 10 minutes from the jetty, perfect for diving or exploring. Honestly, I’d come back in a heartbeat!

“A calm oasis close to the centre of Cozumel”

This property is a dream. The internal courtyard is the perfect place to relax after a long days dive and is really beautiful. The staff were super helpful and looked after my bag when I had checked out and also helped by ordering me a taxi. The resident dog paloma is also adorable!

A hidden gem in Cozumel, right near downtown!! This place is off a side street a few blocks from the ferry port, but still managed to be incredibly quiet. The pool was lovely and it was so nice seeing Paloma the dog and Cleopatra the cat. The place has a cozy feeling, almost like you were in someone's home. We will 100% return. Also, best sleep we have had this entire trip

“Beautiful for a short visit in Cozumel. Ran by a kind family and sweet pets.”

The bedroom had huge windows and doors made of glass that needed just a bit more privacy, the curtains left a few inches open on either side of the Naranja room. The shower water pressure was a bit low. Otherwise it was great!

Felt like home away from home. The Rooms are clean and cozy, the garden is amazing in its beauty. There's a kitchen and fridge for cooking. All clean and tidy and they help you with whatever you need Great location

Very good price-performance ratio, super friendly host, cozy and clean rooms, beautiful garden, only 8 minutes by feet from the harbour where the ferries arrive, super friendly scooter rental right across the street. :-)

In a good Location. Restaurants & amenities in walking distance. Also a few snorkeling spots are close (about 5min car & 15min walk). A kitchen with a coffee machine was there, which was great.
