Aldo & Nora are the best. So helpfull and kind and did answer all our questions. Best recommendations for tours, food, transport & fix everything! The place is located very pretty.

It was clean, and Aldo was always available

Even for only one night, Aldo did everything to help me to organise my plans on the Island.

Great hotel, we really recommend to stay there! The beach club with its pool are right in front of the hotel abd they are very charming. Beach is also right in front of the hotel.

The suite was lovely, and email and phone interactions beforehand with the owners were very friendly. The bathroom was huge and amazing. Beds were comfy.Nice, there was coffee.

Absolutely lovely hosts! Nora was super helpful and made us feel comfortable, provided all the information on how to get to the property and make the check in experience smoother. She gave us a lovely list of restaurant recommendations, which was much appreciated. Rooms are very clean and spacious, located just next to the beach. All the basic amenities provided. “Perfect place to stay on Cozumel ❤️”

The hosts - Aldo and Nora - are so welcoming and helpful and the apartments are spotlessly clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Lovely balcony and seating area. It’s so peaceful and quiet in the evening when the beach bars close. If beach bars aren’t your thing, you just need to walk down on to the beach, turn left and pass the little pier/jetty to find a quiet shaded area beneath the palm trees, which is lovely. Aldo also recommended an amazing restaurant in town: Noventa y tres. Don’t miss it! Some of the best (if not THE best) Mexican food we’ve eaten during our road trip.

Everything! The owner very helpful so we were treated like Kings! I recomand this place. Also the food in the beach club is very nice.

“Tourist trap”

Our room was large and Aldo the host was very friendly.

There is absolutely nothing around after 5 pm. If you are hungry the only option you have is to go back to downtown. The beach is just righ there, yes, but it is a beach club where you have to pay if you want to lay on the beach. The wifi is really bad you can't even check your social media. If you want a place to be all by yourself with your food and your provisions and pay extra for the beach, then it is a good option. Otherwise, I would not recommend it.

The area was tranquil over the weekend. Very nice to relax, lovely beach and pool. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay!

“Secret gem in Cozumel”

Aldo & Nora are really friendly and really helpful. Lots of communication in English prior to our stay and helpful for us to find our way to the accommodation. Aldo went above and beyond with booking taxis for us. My Spanish is limited. Accommodation is spotlessly clean. Lovely walk in shower and large bathroom. Accommodation is modern with mosquito screens, which helped keep the bugs out at dusk. Plenty of furniture and equipment for a self-catering stay. You are on the doorstep of two beach clubs with sun loungers, pools, food and drink with waiter service. Though not affiliated to the accommodation, you do get money off the food and drink and free access. The beach is on your doorstep, lots of water sports, boat trips, inflatables in the sea for your enjoyment. Accommodation is about 20mins from the ferry by taxi. Just a 5 minute walk towards town is a Mexican shack with freshly cooked food and cheap prices.

“Great property but it is nested amongst busy beach clubs”

The property itself is really great: the room was spacious, well equipped, very clean, with very hospitable and helpful host. There is a large fridge and a small hot plate to prepare your breakfast.
