The staff were very welcoming, courteous and all round interested in you as the guest. The rooms were clean, comfortable, good quality. The shower was excellent and so too was the smell of the soaps, shower gels, shampoo and moisturiser provided.

We had the deluxe room with the sea view - absolutely amazing! The location was perfect ro explore, room was spacious. We also got free beach towels. Super friendly women at the reception.

A lovely few nights at this delightful hotel. The room was enormous & had a lovely balcony which overlooked the water. The staff were really helpful & organised a snorkelling trip for me & allowed me to check out late with no additional costs. There was coffee & water in the room & an ice machine down the hall.

“Beautiful 3 days in Cozumel”

Fantastic location, on the main promenade in San Miguel de Cozumel, directly on the beach. One has brilliant views of the sea, totally worth it. For dinner, its just a short walk from the hotel and there are several options for food and drinks. If you pre-request, the hotel staff can book a place for you in their car park, which is super convenient.

Great hotel located ~10mins from the ferry terminal. Clean, comfortable & modern but although rooms are advertised as 'sea view' beware that most are only 'partial' sea view.

Excellent staff, large clean, bright and comfortable rooms all with ocean view and balcony. Perfect location that was close to the action but away from riffraff and noise and cruise people. Also 6 minute drive from airport but we hardly heard an airplane. We were worried about this place but found it to be the best of the other 4 hotels we stayed at from tulum to playa del carmen (all Hiltons). It was also very affordable for the value. Good AC too. We did not try the second floor "snack bar" as there are multiple awesome inexpensive and high quality breakfast and lunch options within a 5-10 minute walk. It looked fine though and reasonably priced.

“Fantastic stay”

We loved it here, new property that is in fantastic condition. Staff are very friendly, rooms were wonderful and the cleaners did a wonderful job. Each day we would return from diving to fresh bee sheets and towels. Would definitely stay here again
