“Should be less expensive”
It's not a hotel, it's just a building. You have to let the owner know you're coming in advance so he can bring you the keys. The location seems good.

“Well-maintained property in a great spot.”
This is a sensational location. The staff has the automated key system down very well. Air conditioning and wifi worked perfectly, and the bed was clean and comfortable.
