“A perfect place close to Cozumel's center”
We recommend this accommodation without hesitation. The house's very close to the center, very easy to get to and very quiet. The value for money is perfect. We had a great stay.

“Mold, small bed, scam rental, noise”
The room was stinking from mold. The inside of the climatization is full of mold. The bed is child size, around 120*180 cm, my leg was in the air, not recommended for 2 people. The sheet had stains. The owner offered a friend who we rented a scooter from (Rentadora El Chacal), they brought the scooter directly to the apartment. This rental guy has tried to fool as, we even had to call the police, and still not gave our whole money back. The apartment is near to a busy road, so it was really loud during the whole night.

“Nice stay in San Miguel, Cozumel, to see the town.”
Location is great if you want to look around the town of San Miguel and be near the ferry. It's also on a little side street that is less trafficked so doesn't feel too overwhelming.

“Nice place overall”
Location is good, close to downtown but not close to noise. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They even have a little garage to park our scooter!!

“Cosy stay on Cozumel - great value for money”
Had such a great stay at Carlotta guesthouse. I booked it very last minute and Leydi was super helpful and organised someone to meet me for check in. Everything was explained so well. The room has everything you need - a balcony, a nice bathroom and a reasonable sized bedroom with access to a small kitchenette. Leydi offered lots of great recommendations of places to eat and where to visit around the island. She even organised for a scooter to be dropped off at the guesthouse the next morning for me to rent which made my short trip such a breeze! Unfortunately the power on the island went out at 4am and the aircon wouldn't work which made it impossible to sleep but obviously not the hosts fault!

The room was comfortable and modern, with a balcony. However it was rather small if you have too much luggage like we did. It was walking distance to the port and pretty much everything. Host helped us for organizing a snorkeling trip.

The most helpful staff who arranged both a snorkeling tour as well as arranged for me to rent a scooter. Got a large room with fridge and also possibilities to make food. Relatively quit to be located so close to the city center, with Santander ATMs just 25m away, a lot of restaurants and bars in close proximity and not far to closest grocery store. Walking distance to the ferry terminal. There was also a shared rooftop terrace, though I never used this. If I ever go back to Cozumel, this is where I will stay.

“Amazing place on Cozumel”
Everything was great. Excellent value for money. I would recommend to take one of the two appartments on the top floor. They have a nice terrace and share a small kitchen. Location right in the center of town. Close to ferry. Very clean. Great bed and huge bathroom.
