“A good spot out of Centro but close enough.”

A nice roomy 2 bedroom apartment up stairs above the owner’s house. Good air conditioning and overhead fans. Water pressure is very weak but you learn to live with that. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Centro, or $MXN50 in a taxi. Taxi headquarters’s is about 150 metres up the road, very handy. Pati, the owner, lives downstairs and is very friendly and has a beautiful garden. We enjoyed our stay here and thought it was better value than staying in a hotel room in Centro.

“Lovely three nights stay. We felt at home”

Spacious, fully equipped apartment apartment. The shower was excellent, lovely soft towels and plenty of them, complementary Netflix, good kitchen utensils etc for preparing meals and coffee. Free distilled water provided. There is also a washing machine with soap provided although we didn’t use it. The hosts are super helpful and allowed us to store our bags before we left after checkout. The location is great. The occasional dog barking but otherwise very peaceful. We also loved the fact that there are so many windows for fresh air which have mosquito nets and fans in the rooms. We didn’t even need to use the aircon!

“Great stay”

We really liked everything about our stay in this apartment. We stayed here with 3 persons. In our opinion it's a big apartment and it got all the facilities we wished for. It was also very nice that every separate room had his own airconditioning and that we could use the laundry machine. Also the windows were covered with muzcito nets, so there weren't any insect inside. The location is very well located and the host is very kind.

very nice and clean accommodation. Nice rooms and a comfortable place for family stay. It's within walking distance of the town, and parking was no trouble.

“Perfect for a longer stay”

Budgies was absolutely perfect for us. We came to Cozumel for 12 days purely for diving and wanted a place where we could make our own breakfast before diving and snack or - on a couple of occasions - our own simple dinner after diving. Budgies was great for that. It is spacious, had plenty of room to dry our stuff, and even has a washing machine. Pat, the host was great, and if there was anything we needed, we only had to drop her line and it would be there. It is a bit of a walk into town, but there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby, and it's only 50m from a taxi base, so it was easy to get a taxi to get to Marina Fonatur. We were super happy with our choice and couldn't have found a better place or nicer host for our stay!

“Fenomenal place, clean, cozy and super helpful owners”

Clean place, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. Super friendly and helpful family. Great air conditioning and strong 5ghz wifi. We rented a scooter and didn't want to leave it on the street amlnd they allowed us to store it at night on their yard. Easy communication in english and spanish.
