This is a bad hotel, I made a booking through booking.com a week ago, after reaching their hotel they said they have no booking, when I challenged, they were forced to arrange the room after four hours. They are unprofessional.

“Good location, friendly staff, horrible bed, sorry...”
Location was great. Not far from bus stop and not far to the beach. Great restaurant 50 meters away. Breakfast was okay. Offering me a local Bangladesh meal on top of western eggs on toast

Perfectly adequate accommodation with all the basics up to scratch such as staff, location, cleanliness etc. The generator kicked in within seconds to take care of the ubiquitous power cuts, the breakfast was good, and the beach was handy enough. There are plenty of eating options within a couple of hundred metres from basic to 5 star. After 4 months travelling in Asia we have accepted but not gotten used to hard beds, but the bed here was the hardest we gave encountered anywhere. It would've been just as comfortable sleeping on the floor. But we accept we are in the minority on this point and that the preference locally seems to be for hard mattresses, but we actually had to psych ourselves into hitting the sack each night. But this is by no means unique to this hotel.

“Good place to stay in Cox's Bazar”
Hotel is conveniently located. Very new facility. Helpful staff. Leslie at the reception and Sajjad in the restaurant deserves mentioning. Jobair of Booking.com was very efficient.
