1. Worst complementary breakfast experience. 2. Room is called King Size Sea view room where as the actual scenario is room is very small nothing looks king size, its like small studio room.

There is nothing to like about the property.. it’s a fake photo and review .. which prompted us to book the hotel . It was absolutely disgusting environment and dirty / we had to leave in an hour and we reported it. We want our money back as we could not stay there at all !

in all my years of travelling, i don’t think i’ve ever met such friendly and helpful staff. they made sure i had everything i needed. the place is at a perfect location, close to a less crowded beach, restaurants and shops. the balcony view was great. the room is spacious and clean. i can highly recommend staying here and hope to come back one day!!

The location is very good. It's just 2km from Dolphin Mor. You can enjoy the sea from your room. I love the fact that we could keep our bags in the hotel after check out.

Perfect location - nice and quite on the 6th floor excellent view across to the ocean. Close to the town and easy to get into the beach. The team were outstanding and very helpful. We are from England and Germany and had 2 very nice rooms, hot water good WiFi and air con and very secure. Absolutely worth staying here.

Seriously each and everything like as the hotel lication, value for money, the staff "specially MD Jaber was so adorable and well warming",the restaurant, their cleanliness all are so extraordinary. Specially their behaviour was so beautiful. They helped us in every matter infact Whose are beyond of their hotel realted. Our experience was so good and we are recommending you all if you visit Cox’s Bazar, stay in Modern Resort and enjoy your vacation❤️.
