Subject: Urgent Complaint - Booking ID 4989.409.590 - Denied Check-in at Hyperion Sea Wave Cox's Bazar Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am writing to file a formal complaint against Hyperion Sea Wave Cox's Bazar regarding a confirmed booking that was not honored. My booking ID is 4989.409.590. I had reserved an apartment at Hyperion Sea Wave Cox's Bazar through your platform. Upon arrival at the hotel today, I was denied check-in. The hotel staff provided no clear explanation for this denial, leaving me and my 06 stranded and without accommodation. This situation is completely unacceptable. I had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com, and I expect the hotel to honor that commitment. Being denied check-in despite a confirmed booking has caused significant inconvenience and distress. I request your immediate intervention in this matter. I expect Booking.com to: * Investigate this issue thoroughly: Contact Hyperion Sea Wave Cox's Bazar and determine why my confirmed booking was not honored. * Provide immediate assistance with alternative accommodation: I require a comparable or better accommodation in Cox's Bazar for the duration of my original booking. I expect Booking.com to cover any additional costs incurred due to this relocation. * Take appropriate action against Hyperion Sea Wave Cox's Bazar: This hotel's behavior is unacceptable and damages Booking.com's reputation.
