Overview
The Tropicana Motor Inn is situated on Phillip Island, just 300 metres from Cowes Beach and the Esplanade, where you can enjoy a variety of excellent restaurants, cafes and shops. Facilities include a lush tropical gardens and an alfresco dining area. There is a professional conference room available for small group events. Cowes Golf Club is a 5-minute drive, or take a 10-minute sunset drive to see the parade of the Little Penguins.

“8/10”
Nice location Check in before 6pm - we were late as we were still at penguin parade but staff is nice and informed us where to find our keys. Come with a bath tub for kids to play with. Comes with a small kitchenette, could do some simple cooking but had to BYO condiments. Coles is just a short drive outside, pretty convenient. As we only stay for 1 night hence didn't had much time to explore the facilities but overall it's ok!

“Excellent location!”
Exactly as depicted, comfortable and relaxing. Great location, easily walkable into town and the beach and excellent sized room. Car spot included.

Room was clean but bathroom bins were not cleared. Toilet was not cleaned . Overall okay but not very fresh look . Bedding was clean , floors were clean but still had very dull look of the room .

Lovely renovated hotel on edge of Cowes commercial area. Walking distance to shops and beach. Clean lovely new colours. Very comfortable large bed. Great new shower area.
