Situated in a spacious bush setting, only 4 km from Cowes and close to the Penguin Parade, Seal Rocks and the Grand Prix Circuit, Phillip Island Park Lane Holiday Park is just across the road from the Koala Conservation Centre. Stunning beaches where you can enjoy swimming or surfing are less than 5 minutes’ drive away. All chalets offer a patio. Free parking is available. Each self-contained chalet offers a private entrance and a TV at Phillip Island Park Lane Holiday Park. A microwave, refrigerator, stove top and electric kettle are also offered. Select chalets provide a TV with a DVD player and fully equipped kitchen. The studio motel rooms are all on the ground floor and have an ensuite, kettle, toaster and bar fridge. Guests can enjoy billiards and table tennis at the on-site game room at Phillip Island Park Lane Holiday Park. BBQ facilities and a children’s playground are featured. “We will come back.”
We loved our cabin. It was at the perfect spot. And I didn't expect to be so clean! Amazing. Everything was super sparkling. The only thing is that I believe mattresses really need to change as we didn't have good sleep. Bunk beds were a bit unsecured considering that there is not enough protection and on the side they were lining on the back so we didn't feelsafe for our 5y old to sleep there. But everything else was just perfect.

“A steal for a weekend escape”
We got an amazing rate for a 2 night stay in May - really cheap. The cabin was well equipped and warm, and we found the location to be excellent; a 5 minute drive into town and Smiths beach. There was also a bike/walk path from the park straight into Cowes too. We loved getting the 50% off voucher to go to A Maze'n Things (provided by the park) and it was only a short stroll from our cabin. Also, only across the road from the the Koala Conversation.

“Beautiful accommodation option.”
The pod we stayed in was best described as a fancy cabin, it was lovely. The room had everything you needed, only stayed one night. Staff at check in were beautiful and friendly. Electric blanket on the bed was an amazing surprise! Best bathroom I've ever seen at a caravan park, really nicely done, modern and the best shower!

So many options for accommodation. Heaps for kids and families to do. Incredibly well maintained in all areas. We stayed in a cabin, it was very spacious and comfortable. Beds were fantastic and it was very clean and well appointed. Having our own kitchen was great and it had plenty of pots/utensils etc. Bathroom was very spacious, clean and the shower was great. Liked the games room and outdoor activities for kids. Staff were wonderful and very friendly, always working hard to maintain the park. Situated close to shops and other island activities and very quiet area. Wish we had a longer stay to appreciate everything on offer.
