Apartment was perfect! Spotlessly clean and comfortable! Well appointed with all that could be needed. Iron, ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer, sachets of clothes wash liquid, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher with tablets. Air conditioning. Would highly recommend!

Hi I have left the key as requested. The apartment was very clean and neat staff friendly and very helpful. But that's where it ended for us. We wanted to have a few days rest and relaxation. But being woken at around 7am every morning with the rubbish trucks next door emptying their bins was very annoying even with the window closed it was very loud. I don't know how the tenants put up with it. I was disappointed that we had to climb steps if I knew it was a 1st story accommodation I would have sought for somewhere else, I have arthritic knees and my husband has vertigo so it was a task to mange the stairs. No swimming pool ? I thought there was to be a pool/spa obviously not where you had placed us. The supplies in the kitchen for washing up and cleaning was well practically none existent, 2 x dish wash tablets and rather flimsy jax cloth was all that was supplied for 3 days of dishes - seriously I don't want to have to go and buy washing up detergents etc, when I'm away. - no basics like salt sugar or pepper in containers. We have stayed in many places B&B Motels and Hotels even they have a more of what was in this place. It doesn't cost an arm and a leg to supply a more generous amount of basics. Some places even leave a small welcome basket I wasn't expecting that but it's always a nice feeling when one is made to feel a bit special. Further to my observation a small thought-full hint would be to have a jug of water in the fridge that's nice and cool - you have a jug in the cupboard bit it doesn't take a minute fill it and place it in the fridge, Ice cube tray in freezer was empty? So why bother putting it there. Bed was only a double too small for us so my husband ended up sleeping in the lounge, Shower floor very slippery when wet and no handle bar to hold onto we ended up putting a towel on the floor to prevent us from slipping. But water is nice and hot and pressure was nice.

Location and size of apartment

The location is great. There r grocery shops, cafes, petrol kiosk. About 14 minutes drive to Penguin Parade and 17 drive to the Nobbies. The bathroom is big and there r two WC which makes it convienent for our group of 4.
