Kaloha Holiday Resort Phillip Island is a tropical, beachfront park, just 5 minutes' walk to the town centre. It offers a large hot tub, saltwater solar heated swimming pool, children's playground and BBQ facilities. All rooms and apartments feature reverse cycle air-conditioning, a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, ironing facilities and tea/coffee making supplies. Each includes a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Some accommodation offers a spa bath, kitchenettes and all motel rooms include free WiFi. “Nice room, convenient location”
Convenient location and pool area looked really nice. Heater worked very well. Received email with room code for easy check-in on the day. It was pretty noisy/busy area during the day but it was nice and quiet overnight.

The room was spacious and spotless, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and overall the facilities were great. We were there only for one night but will definitely book in the future for a longer stay!

“Great cabin location right on the beach!”
Location was perfect right on the beach! Spacious deluxe cabin accommodation. Love how there was an air fryer in the kitchen for use. The couch was really comfy with a big TV! We enjoyed our time there for two nights.
