“Comfortable clean home in suburbia”

A very comfortable and clean home with swimming pool and good outdoor entertaining area but only had seating for 6 people at table and two people who may wish to use sun loungers. Kitchen was under equipped with utensils and pans for those wanting to cook for a group - only one saucepan, no microwave, no serving platters, complicated coffee machine and no welcome pack with instruction booklet on how television, heating, air conditioning worked, no wifi password etc although owner responded very promptly when we messaged to make enquiries. No flywire screens on windows (unless they were hidden electric ones which maybe we missed) so couldn’t open windows at night to have fresh air whilst sleeping. Security monitored by cameras which were a little off putting and voice activation security at front entrance to house. Home was located in a new development area and not convenient to the beach or to get a coffee unless you want a half hour walk through suburbia. However once inside the home there was pretty much everything you needed for a weekend stay apart from cookware, bakeware, platters etc. Accommodation would suit a group of friends or a family if you have a car and don’t mind being closely surrounded by neighbouring homes.

Loved it. This is a very accessible house for those with mobility issues (needing walkers). Big rooms and hallway. One level home. Beautifully presented and tidy. Host welcoming and gave prompt reply to any questions. Nice location and a short drive to shop.

The environment is very good and the facilities are very new. The location is close to any attractions and there are enough entertainment facilities. We had a very pleasant holiday there.
