Location - close to the shops and the beach. It is an older motel but was clean and peaceful. The Manager James was excellent! I left some camera gear behind when we left and didn’t realise until we got home to Geelong. James was super helpful and took my camera etc to the Post Office where he and the post lady packaged the items up and sent them to me. As I purchased extra insurance for the items James kept the paperwork for me and emailed copies of it to me. A big Thank You to James! ( I received the items , I perfect condition, the next day.)

Great location, room was clean and tidy and bed super comfortable. Well above expectation for the price. Even the fridge was better than most with a great freezer. Staff were super friendly.

“Very comfortable, will be back”
Travelled with a wheelchair user, we found this room to meet our needs for the one night we were there. Room is cosy but spacious enough to allow wheelchair access throughout the room. The shower, is set up for accessibility - hands rails but is small. They offer a chair for seating when showering. Over all was very clean, central to Cowes, the kitchenette was impressive for the room and price. Comfortable bed also

For a non smoking hotel, you could smoke right outside the room, meaning people were literally smoking in your door step, you couldn't have windows open and were affronted with secondhand smoke the moment you left your room
