“Good value for money, clean and comfortable with friendly staff”

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. We were on the ground floor front and thought it would be loud with traffic, but it was quiet and close to everything. It was great!

Great location overlooking local small airstrip and the bay to the east. Quiet rooms on the view side. Near good restaurants and pub.

The location was good, the service too. The biggest problem was the breakfast. The eggs were tasteless. What would have helped would be to have fruit prepared differently, for instance in a fruit cup.

A family friendly hotel with exceptional staff who mostly wore friendly smiles with excellent service all-round. The guy with the hat, I believe Holme stood out for us.

Kids loved the waterslide and pool. I relaxed in the hottub able to keep a close eye. Rooms comfy. Had a nice view. Free hot breakfast was great. Lots of choices the whole family enjoyed. Nice and close to family restaurants and a quick drive from Mount washington for winter sports. We come every January. Enjoyed this gorgeous sunrise from our window

So clean! Super friendly staff! They even gave our dogs special treats / presents when we arrived! Beds were very comfortable, rooms exceptionally clean.

The location was great for our needs, easy access and had a nice walk behind the hotel to take the dog out. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. A simple but good selection for breakfast.

We loved our view of the estuary and riverway walk which is just out the back door of the hotel. Our room was very quiet. Thank you. The breakfast was excellent.
