An incredibly well kept establishment which has maintained its beautiful charm. We were booked for one night but had to stay another. Sitting right on the water, the view is breathtaking. It's a quiet peaceful oasis. Highly recommend for those looking to get away from the routine of a busy life.

“Great lodges at awesome place”
Great place at a lagoon right in the middle of the Island close to precious Coupeville and Ebey's Landing (cool trail). Don't miss Deception Pass. I also recommend whale watching tours from Anacortes. Also had a great dinner at the Oyster Catcher. There is dear walking between properties, please drive carefully.

“Will bring spouse next time and not just business :)”
Classic ambiance, peaceful and relaxing. Lighting was tone down for calmness. Wellness studio was unique with dry sauna. I needed to spend two more days there. Great place to write a book, site by fireplace, dream. Ask for larger room - some were smaller that was not comfortable for sitting although there is ample comfortable sitting throughout the lodge-like atmosphere. Seems designed for meeting others - people getting away for some peace

Renee C. At the front desk made the trip for us. While my husband and I enjoyed a tasty drink in the bar, Renee set out all our necessities for a fire, blankets and the makings for stores. Only thing that would of made our experience a complete 20 is if the room was a little more updated, i.e. mini fridge, radio.

Absolutely magical place. My room was tiny, but had the most incredible view and comfy bed. Communal bathrooms were spotless. The property and all of the features were incredible. I can't wait to go back

“Delightful, but brief stay with friends.”
Lovely rustic, log lodge that was idiosyncratic-but in a good way. A return to yesteryear.
