“Rip off - they sold my room to someone else, told me I would be refunded then never did”
I was not able to get to the hotel the night of the reservation, when I arrived the next day they said the room had been rented to someone else, so I would get a refund since the room was not available. Of course they did not refund me. Thieves!! Avoid at all costs...

I was not able to get to the hotel the night of the reservation, when I arrived the next day they said the room had been rented to someone else, so I would get a refund since the room was not available. Of course they did not refund me. Thieves!! Avoid at all costs...
