Lovely apartment in a superb location steps from the beach. Comfy beds, can’t beat the view for that first coffee from bed! A really quiet & peaceful location with all you need for a very relaxing break. Very well equipped if eating in & prepping food. We would certainly return. Close to great restaurants & on the beach. Michelle was helpful & very accommodating when it came to departure time.

Proximity to and fab views of gorgeous lagoons and white sands, very good-size swimming pool (bit cold for most but good for me!), quick communication with owner, good comfy beds, fresh sheets/towels, strong shower with ample hot water, excellent wifi (which mostly worked well, some issues across the entire north on windy days)

A lovely apartment with all you could need. Very clean and spacious with plenty of space for clothes and comfortable beds. Excellent location with lovely views and sunsets. Extremely peaceful, calm and quiet despite being near a few bars, restaurants and the road. We loved it.

“Lovely place to relax”

The location is great for a relaxing beach and pool holiday. Both are right on the doorstep and the beach is clean and sandy. The property was very clean and in particular the pool area was kept spotless. Good to have beach towels provided and our own terrace with loungers, table and chairs. Nice lounge, good internet, good shower. The apartments are very close to some restaurants, bars and shops so you don’t need to go far for essentials but the main village is also just 15 minutes walk and is pretty with very good restaurants. Michelle was very helpful in arranging our airport transfer with a great driver.

The apartment is fully equipped. Perfect. The view is unbelievable. Directly opposite to the ocean. Very family friendly. Everything you need. Michelle is an amazing person, she explained everything, answered always within minutes, full of happiness and joy. Perfect host! We were in El Cotillo for the seventh time, first time in Marfolin 11, and up from now always in Marfolin 11. Highly recommended! Muchas gracias.

The apartment had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We had all we needed in the kitchen, lounge was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The shower was great and the whole apartment very clean. Excellent location with just a few steps to the pool and beach and the best sunsets on the island. A good few bars and restaurants on ground level of the building and a supermarket just over the road. Thanks to our hosts for being helpful and available for any questions We had a fabulous break and will definitely return.
