“Nice place for a short holiday, perfect location”

Apartment is pretty new, clean, shower works good, nice sofa bed in the kitchen. Abandoned but still cool terrace on the top of the building. Location is perfect - just in front of the beach, and the desert on the other side. Contactless check in - key box beside the door. Supermarket, bars and restaurants in two minutes. All the town is walking distance. Nice place for a week long holiday 😃

I was slightly nervous having read numerous reviews and I was staying in the apartment on my own. I found that on arrival in Fuerteventura I received perfect instructions on how to enter my apartment. I got a WhatsApp enquiring if everything was OK. I had a few little issues e.g a missing kettle which was delivered to me the following morning by a lovely helpful lady. (Thank you) A maintenance man did a small job on the door and was equally lovely. The apartment was very quiet and only a little walk to the sea and restaurants. The patio area at the back is quite small but has sun all day and I didn't feel I was overlooked by other residents. I would definitely come back here.

“Cute apartment, great location but too much light pollution at night”

Nice sunny apartment with a balcony which is a sun trap and sheltered from the wind. Enjoyed relaxing reading a book in the sun on the sofa while my partner cooked. Restaurants and bars are a stone throw away, you can see the beach from the apartment (although barely a sea view haha).

The apartment was very clean and well presented, very near to the beach and some fabulous bars and restaurants. Shower was excellent, perfect balcony for a leisurely breakfast or a last drink in the evening.

“Very good value for money for a short surf trip”

After reading a few rather bad reviews, I didn't have the highest expectations. But I was surprised by how nice and cosy the apartment (B09) was. Location is excellent, very close to the smaller northern beaches of Cotillo and various restaurants just across the street. A very good choice for a single traveler or a couple, especially for a surf trip. At least I got excellent value for my money.

Loved the apartment and location. Loved the large 'grassy' terrace with great views of over the barren terrain with great sunrises over the mountains.

“Room was not ready”

I do not like writing bad reviews, but this time I have to. We booked room for 4 guests, but it was ready only for 2 people. We contacted every number possible but they completely ignored us! So two of us had to sleep first night completely without ANY blankets on sofa, freezing! (see the photo) The second night we just got one more blanket without sheet! So it was really not comfortable, they didn’t care we paid for our accommodation for 4 people, not 2. They didn’t even apologise for inconvenience, not even mentioning we should get some refund for that… So overall we had really really bad experience and can not recommend it at all.

“DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!”

Nothing! the place was awful. The photos are not a true representation of the place and they use photos of other apartments!!! (my photos look nothing like the ones they advertise with!) The apartment was completely overlooked on all sides, so much so, that you were almost sat on the pavement on a main road. We went in August and although we knew there was no air-conditioning it was way too hot. Usually we would open the door and windows but we were not able to do this due to privacy issues and people being able to see right in. The curtains have to be kept closed which made the place hotter. It was dirty, and neglected and the outside furniture was dirty and broken so not useable. The sink was blocked so water flooded the bathroom, the shower door was hanging off and there was nowhere to store clothes so we couldn't unpack. There was a wardrobe but not one coat hanger! There were parties in the apartment below, next door and next door to them were going on until 6:00am so we had no sleep due to the noise. The next morning we left the place and booked somewhere else to stay. Booking.com was not much help being completely in favour of the company who are paying them a fee and not the customer who have to stay in below standard accommodation such as Flatguest Cotillo Mar
